Who We Are
The Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing (LHSON) is located in Dallas, Texas and provides a competitively robust education through the integration of faith and academic excellence. We believe that nurses have been called to make a difference and we prepare our students within a Christian community, for professional practice, health care leadership, and worldwide service. Baylor nurses exemplify our school motto, Learn.Lead.Serve.® and many of our graduates have served with distinction around the world in all areas of the medical field, mission field and branches of the United States Armed Forces.
We offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree through a Traditional program and FastBacc® (one year accelerated) program. LHSON also offers an online Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Innovation program, as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice online programs to include, Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse-Midwifery and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
