Allison Dickson's, JD '07, story of perseverance, faith, love for Baylor, and hard work — which enabled her to graduate first in her class while living daily with the physical challenges of Muscular Dystrophy (MD) — has inspired many.
One of Allison's long-term dreams is to give back permanently and leave a lasting legacy of helping others through the endowed scholarship in her name at Baylor Law.
The Allison Dickson Scholarship “has afforded me the tools I need to achieve my dreams, and my family the financial security many others are not afforded. Allison is an inspiration to me, and I hope the work I continue to do brings honor to Baylor, myself, as well as Allison. Thank you again!"

To date, Allison has recruited more than 80 partners to establish the fund - and even with pressing medical issues, continues to find supporters for her endeavor.
