Interior Design in Guatemala
Support students in the Interior Design program as they travel to Guatemala this November. The team will be continuing our One More Child partnership as we improve the building structures of Luz de Vida church. This trip will allow the team to develop a deeper connection between their classwork and tangible service using their skills.
Pre-PA Society in the Dominican Republic
Support members of the Pre-PA Society as they travel to the Dominican Republic for winter break. The team will be continuing their annual partnership with One More Child as they shadow local doctors and learn about the medical facilities in the Dominican Republic. This trip will allow the team to gain a greater understanding of the medical profession and learn the importance of service within the scope of their future career.
KKG in Guatemala
Support members of Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) as they travel to Guatemala in January. The team will be continuing their partnership with One More Child as they host ministry activities in a local church and serve in a feeding program for children in need of proper nutrition. This trip will allow the team to learn more about the Guatemalan people and build lasting relationships with the children and families they meet.
CURE BU in the Philippines
Support members of CURE BU as they travel to the Philippines in January. The team will be continuing their strong partnership with the Philippines Nurses' Association. The team will have a chance to shadow local health care providers in a local teaching hospital. This trip will allow the team to gain a greater understanding of the medical profession and learn the importance of service and connecting with others.
Campus Connections in partnership with Christ University in India
Support students from all areas of campus as they travel to India over winter break. Baylor students will have the opportunity to be involved in the Christ University Social Action program, which encompasses projects in literacy, health lessons, community theater, and other forms of service and cultural immersion.
