Our discipline-specific missions, immersion learning, and Spiritual Pilgrimage trips take students all over the world to love their neighbors by cultivating self-discovery, deepening human connection, developing a healthy worldview, and equipping servant-leaders. Support students from all areas of campus as they embark on mission trips and opportunities to learn about their faith outside of the classroom. Your gift will go to support the students attending one of the formation trips below. A gift to the Student Missions Fund supports the possibility for Baylor Missions to take place, including the trips listed below. As a club sport, we are responsible for covering many of our own expenses, including <strong>tournament and league fees, field rentals, equipment, uniforms, travel, and other team-related costs.</strong> Fundraising is essential to making our program accessible and sustainable for our members. <strong>Donations will help offset the cost of participation for our athletes while allowing us to continue competing at a high level and representing Baylor University</strong>. Additional funding will also allow us to improve our equipment, support team operations, and create opportunities for our players to grow both on and off the field. This October, 12 members of Baylor University’s Society of Women Engineers (SWE) have the opportunity to attend the SWE National Conference in Boston, the largest gathering of women engineers in the world.  For Baylor SWE members, this conference is a chance to see themselves represented in engineering, learn from women leading in industry and research, and build confidence in their place in the field through hands-on technical workshops and leadership development sessions. Your support will fuel Baylor Cadets as they compete and grow at this historic tournament. <p>Click here to learn more</p> For nearly four decades, the Flyin’ Irish™ Invitational Tournament—hosted by AFROTC Detachment 225 at the University of Notre Dame—has been a cornerstone tradition in ROTC leadership development. Now celebrating its 40th year, the tournament brings together more than 600 cadets and midshipmen from 30+ universities, representing every branch of service. In February 2026, for the first time ever,<strong> </strong>Baylor AFROTC Detachment 810 cadets will compete in this prestigious invitational.<strong> From February 6–8, our cadets will travel to Notre Dame to gain hands-on experience that strengthens leadership, teamwork, and relationships with future joint-service colleagues.</strong> <strong>Why This Experience Matters</strong><ul><li><strong>Participation</strong> in the Flyin’ Irish Invitational directly supports cadet development by:</li></ul> <ul><li><strong>Strengthening leadership and teamwork</strong> as AS200 cadets prepare for Field Training</li></ul> <ul><li><strong>Building national connections</strong> with AFROTC peers and other service branches</li></ul> <ul><li><strong>Fostering mentorship</strong> and trust between underclassmen and upper-class cadets</li></ul> <ul><li><strong>Developing professional communication skills</strong> essential for future officers</li></ul> By attending the Flyin’ Irish Invitational now, our cadets will gain the insight and confidence needed to plan and execute a similar event in Texas, creating a high-impact, lower-cost leadership opportunity for ROTC programs across the state. <strong>How Your Support Makes a Difference</strong> Your gift to the AFROTC Corp of Cadets Current Fund covers essential expenses, including the ability to attend events like this by providing resources for travel, lodging, and tournament registration, ensuring Baylor cadets can fully participate in this formative experience. Gifts to the Hankamer Student Organization (HSO) Excellence Fund provide support for HSO-led initiatives that impact the HSB undergraduate student experience. <p>Gifts to the Hankamer Student Organization (HSO) Excellence Fund to provide funding support for HSO-led initiatives that directly impact the current HSB undergraduate student experience and connect all students to the Business School as a whole.</p> Established in 1992, The Hankamer Student Organization (HSO) serves as a liaison between the students of the Hankamer School of Business and the Dean of the Business School. HSO assists the Business school staff and administration in organizing events, managing the 20+ business student organizations, and acting as representatives of the business school to the students, faculty, staff and those outside of the Business School. HSO is comprised of approximately 20 sophomore, junior and senior students who work on projects throughout the year to support and serve the undergraduate students. A donation will directly support the creation and distribution of a custom t-shirt that will be gifted to every incoming freshman in the Hankamer School of Business. This shirt will serve as a symbol of their entry into the Baylor Business community and help foster a sense of belonging and school spirit from day one. Your contribution will cover the cost of production, ensuring that every student receives their shirt at no charge. Alongside these shirts, your donations will help support various student lead activities and events in the business school to create comradery within the Baylor Business community. By contributing to the operating budget for Hankamer Student Organization, we can host events like hot chocolate and photos with Santa during finals week to boost morale! We would like to continue events like this to directly impact current students during the school year in real time, and your donations allow us to dream big when thinking of how to promote a positive culture of fun and collaboration.
