LHSON in India
Students from the Louise Herrington School of Nursing will travel to India to serve with our long-time partner, Bangalore Baptist Hospital, where they will be shadowing local nurses and learning about nonprofit medical ministry in the context of rural and urban poverty in India.
LHSON in Zambia
Another group of students from the LHSON Nursing School will be serving in Zambia with our partners from Northrise University and Family Legacy in a community-wide outreach program. Students will have the chance to apply some of what they are learning as they work with vulnerable children by providing general screenings and health and hygiene education sessions.
Athletes in Costa Rica
Baylor athletes will help build a new home from start to finish for a family in Costa Rica. They will also have opportunities throughout the week to connect with local community members through sports ministry.
