A Personal Note from Bridget Fuselier
Adoption Day is a special annual event that is near and dear to my heart.
As a young attorney in 2000, I handled my first pro Bono adoption for Adoption Day, which truly changed my life. When I began teaching at Baylor Law, I was still volunteering as an attorney but thought of another way to help and get law students involved.
Since November 2008, I have planned and hosted this event with the assistance of hundreds of law students over the years. It is my favorite day of the year. This year on our 14th Annual Adoption Day we will be celebrating “Adoptions: A New Beginning” inspired by the movie “Moana” and the Koru necklace worn by Moana which symbolizes new beginnings.
I would love for you to join in the celebration with me and support this wonderful program today and into the future! My goal is to raise $5,000! Every donation matters, no matter the amount.
