Our Crowdfunding Groups
This spring break, 15 Baylor Students and 2 Faculty members will be partnering with local officials and the Institute for Foundational Learning in Cabuyao City, Philippines. Help support these students, as they join together to serve the community by volunteering and shadowing at local clinics, hospitals, and rural health centers while also learning about how these various systems operate. Students will also get to spend time with the students who are a part of the Institute for Foundational Learning's orphanage.
We hope that this trip will help our students to understand what it will mean to use their calling and expertise in the medical field to impact others for Christ! We hope that through the interaction with the orphaned children, students will be exposed to new ways to love and care for their neighbors- and that by the end of the trip, they will be able to tell the story of the trip to others so that they may experience the transformative nature of this trip as well!
