Provide Relief for Baylor Students in Need

The recent winter storm significantly impacted many communities across the US and around the state of Texas. Students at Baylor University are facing the loss of shelter, basic utilities, and supplies. As we continue to respond to the challenges of this historic winter weather event, many students still need your help.

The Store continues to serve as a vital resource for students during this critical time.

Your gift to The Store will help provide:

  • Funds for shelf-stable foods and other nonperishable goods to help stock The Store's shelves.
  • Supplies for sandwiches such as bread, peanut butter, and jelly.
  • Funds for additional groceries to support students facing these challenging times. For example, fruit, any source of protein, microwavable meals, as well as grab and go breakfast options.

More About The Store

Low-income students often feel more marginalized and struggle to develop a sense of belonging. These struggles can be compounded when students are unable to access adequate amounts of food because of the stigma that comes with being hungry. The Store seeks to meet that need! Our food pantry provides students in need with supplemental and nutritious food so they can bring their best to the campus environment and have the strongest likelihood of achieving academic success. By having an accessible food pantry in the Paul L. Foster Success Center, we normalize food resources as one of the supports that students can utilize to fully thrive at Baylor.

Our greatest needs at this time are financial donations to continue to meet the needs of our students as the Baylor Family responds to their basic needs after the massive winter storm that impacted the security and well-being of many on our campus and beyond.

Make a gift today to make an immediate impact in the lives of our students seeking food security.
