We believe the process of leadership development is open and accessible to all and should be an integrated element to the learning experience for every student at Baylor. Regardless of where students first encounter leadership; whether it be through Orientation, Line Camp, intramurals, student organizations, or the classroom - their interaction with leadership should be unavoidable, explicitly visible, and oriented toward developing the habits and virtues necessary to faithfully and authentically lead for the common good.

- Leadership for the Common Good Speaker Series catalyzing conversations across the university between, students, faculty, and global leaders
