Student Leadership Development

We believe the process of leadership development is open and accessible to all and should be an integrated element of the learning experience for every student at Baylor. Regardless of where students first encounter leadership, whether it be through Orientation, Line Camp, intramural sports, student organizations, or the classroom, their interaction with leadership development should be unavoidable, explicitly visible, and oriented toward cultivating the habits and virtues necessary to faithfully and authentically lead for the common good.
