The Institute for Faith and Learning provides resources and formation opportunities for Baylor faculty, staff, and graduate students seeking to integrate faith into their teaching and research in line with Baylor's status as a top-tier Christian research university. The Institute offers a variety of major programs in support of this mission. Its activities include cultivating high-quality, interdisciplinary research, sponsoring conferences, mentoring students, developing community, hosting faculty retreats, and encouraging teaching informed by the Christian intellectual tradition.

Institute for Faith and Learning Excellence Fund fuels the Symposium on Faith and Culture, Communio: A Retreat for Baylor Educators, Missio: A Reflection on Baylor's Special Mission and Identity, Crane Scholars Program, Conyers Scholars Program, and multiple other opportunities for faculty, staff and student growth and development.
